DALLAS—International Risk Management
Institute, Inc. (IRMI), has confirmed H. Wade Reece, Chairman and CEO of
BB&T Insurance Services, Inc., and John Zachry, Chairman and CEO of Zachry
Holdings, Inc., as keynote speakers for the
30th IRMI Construction Risk
Conference.
Mr. Reece and Mr. Zachry will discuss the outlooks for the construction
and insurance industries and provide construction risk and insurance
professionals with practical suggestions for succeeding over the next 12 to
24 months.
Mr. Reece serves as Chairman and CEO of BB&T Insurance Services, Inc.,
providing unified leadership of all BB&T insurance units, which comprise the
seventh largest insurance brokerage operation in the United States.
Mr. Zachry is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zachry
Holdings, Inc., which provides engineering, design, construction,
maintenance, consulting, and other services across multiple markets.
The IRMI Construction Risk Conference, which will be held November 7–11,
2010, in Nashville, is the only national symposium devoted exclusively to
construction insurance, risk management, loss control, and bonding. The
3½-day program is designed for construction industry risk management and
financial officers; construction project owners; and the insurance and
surety agents, brokers, advisers, attorneys, and underwriters who serve
them. Registration will open in June.
