Tricia Kagerer Receives Words of Wisdom Award at the 2025 IRMI Construction Risk Conference

Indianapolis, IN, November 18, 2025—Tricia Kagerer, executive vice president—risk management for Jordan Foster Construction, was honored today with the presentation of the 2025 IRMI Words of Wisdom (WOW) Award at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), Construction Risk Conference (CRC).

The award is presented annually to a speaker who consistently lands in the top tier of attendee speaker evaluations at IRMI CRC, an annual Conference for construction risk management and insurance professionals. Past attendees have praised Ms. Kagerer with comments such as the following.

Ms. Kagerer is a national speaker and industry expert on many topics, such as diversity and leadership, risk management, and safety, including the aftermath of a crisis, emergency response best practices, education across cultures, and servant leadership. Her professional credentials include the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, IRMI's Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist certification, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Claims–Management, and Certified Safety Professional.
