William H. Black, Jr. is vice president and general counsel of Cassatt Risk Retention Group (RRG) Holding Company in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The Cassatt group of companies provides insurance, risk management, and patient safety services to hospitals and other healthcare providers. In addition to serving as the companies' general counsel, Mr. Black provides support for its claims and underwriting functions and has joint responsibility for the companies' risk management and patient safety operations.
