Timothy M. Brinks
Associate
Mr. Brinks is coauthor of "Maritime Contract Indemnity Provisions," "Insuring Indemnity Obligations in Maritime Contracts," and "Maritime Contracts and Additional Insured Status." He joined the New Orleans office of Adams and Reese LLP in 2012 as an associate and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Brinks's litigation experience includes business litigation, casualty defense, and maritime matters. He also has experience in representing clients in matters involving contract disputes, products liability, and administrative and regulatory law.
Mr. Brinks graduated cum laude from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Prior to that, he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and finance from Louisiana State University.
