Suma R. V. focuses primarily on labor and employment matters at King Stubb and Kasiva. She advises domestic and international clients on labor and employment issues arising out of their day-to-day operations in India. This includes advising on the applicability of labor laws; engaging different types of workers such as employees, nonemployees, and contract workers; and managing changes to employment conditions and employee secondments.
