Stewart H. Diamond

Mr. Diamond is coauthor of "The Legal Aspects of Governmental Self-Insurance Pools." He is a partner in the Chicago law firm of Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni & Krafthefer, P.C. He was educated at the University of Chicago and Oxford University, England. The author of numerous pamphlets and articles on governmental law, Mr. Diamond is also the editor of the multivolume IICLE Handbooks on Municipal and School Law. He has taught local government law at Northwestern University Law School and has lectured to many state and national governmental associations. In recent years, he and his firm have helped to organize a large number of intergovernmental pools. His firm serves as corporate, defense, and loss prevention counsel to many liability, property, workers compensation, and health pools and individually self-insuring governments.
