Steven T. Halverson, JD

Mr. Halverson is retired chairman and CEO of The Haskell Company, a diversified design-build organization with operations throughout the United States and headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to joining The Haskell Company, Mr. Halverson was senior vice president and managing director for international operations for M.A. Mortenson Company.
He is coauthor of two books, Federal Grant Law and Construction Law Update—1997, as well as numerous articles in professional publications. He has spoken internationally on construction and environmental issues and is listed in Marquis's Who's Who in the World. Mr. Halverson also serves as chairman of the Design Build Institute of America and is a member of the Florida Council of 100 and the Construction Industry Roundtable. He received his B.A. from St. John's University and his J.D. from American University.
