Stanley L. Lipshultz, JD, CPCU

Mr. Lipshultz is a consultant and expert witness in insurance matters. He received his J.D. in 1970 from the Washington College of Law, the American University, and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1989. He began his career in insurance as an outside staff claims adjuster and then as a liability supervisor for INA. As a practicing attorney, he defended insurance agents, brokers, and their errors and omissions insurers for over 25 years. In 1999, he started his own consulting practice and serves as an expert witness in disputes involving agents and brokers errors and omissions, standard of care, claims handling, bad faith, and insurance coverage issues.
