Seth I. Weissman, Esq.

Mr. Weissman is coauthor of "Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements." He is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP and is involved in all aspects of corporate and commercial real estate transactions, with a special emphasis on real property acquisition and disposition, and residential, mixed-use, senior housing, and master-planned development.

Mr. Weissman is an author and frequent speaker on the subjects of residential and mixed-use development, and is a member of a special subcommittee of the Department of Real Estate dealing with senior housing development. Mr. Weissman completed his preparatory education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his B.A., magna cum laude, in business economics, in 1992. He received his J.D. in 1995 from the University of Southern California.
