Ross A. Carrozza, Esq.

Ross A. Carrozza is a coauthor of "An Overview of the Federal Black Lung Program." He received his B.S. in criminal justice in 1986 at the University of Scranton and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1989. By 1993, he joined Marshall Dennehey and has devoted his time to defending employers and their carriers in workers compensation matters and federal black lung litigation and handles Medicare set-asides for the firm.
