Mr. Bush, coauthor of "The Legal Aspects of Governmental Self-Insurance Pools," is a partner in the Chicago law firm of Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni & Krafthefer, P.C. He received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law, and his undergraduate from the College of William & Mary. Mr. Bush is an active local governmental attorney and litigator. He has represented many governmental bodies. Much of Mr. Bush's early career was involved in litigation. He has been involved in many cases which have established important precedence for governmental bodies in the State of Illinois. He has also helped to create many governmental self-insurance pools. Mr. Bush has spoken on governmental pooling at PRIMA and AGRiP meetings, and he has been involved in efforts to organize a sub-group of corporate attorneys for governmental self-insurance pools.
