Mr. Reich joined Insight Risk Technologies in 2021. He previously worked for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in New York, where he successfully managed a nationwide builders risk portfolio with a specific focus on large-value catastrophe-exposed accounts. He designed and built software for all builders risk accounts that bridged the gap between multiyear project underwriting and annual reporting needs. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Mr. Reich led the northeast region of the construction property group for Hiscox, Inc. He is the former chair of the Inland Marine Underwriting Association's Construction Committee.

Mr. Reich graduated from Lehigh University with a bachelor of science in finance and marketing and a master of arts in mathematics/education, both with high honors. He has earned the following professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist, LEED Green Associate, Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance, and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter.
