He is an attorney with Phelps Dunbar LLP in Houston, where he specializes in energy and marine litigation. Mr. Orlando has represented many Lloyd's underwriters and foreign insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and business interests of all sizes. A seasoned litigator, he has steered insurers and insureds through every step of a dispute, resolving multimillion-dollar disputes for oil field services companies, shipyard and vessel owners, and everything in between.

Mr. Orlando is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of arts and a juris doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
