Background
Mr. Hill is assistant vice president (AVP), Client Engagement, for
International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI). In his role as AVP,
Client Engagement, he is responsible for the Customer Success and Sales teams
at IRMI, which are focused on client development, client retention, achieving
corporate/department strategic goals relative to the client base, and
helping clients and prospects simplify the management of risk by using the
expertise, resources, and conferences that IRMI provides.
Mr. Hill started his career as a personal lines underwriter with Liberty
Mutual Insurance Company in 1989 and then moved to Republic Insurance Company
to work in the same capacity. In 1998, he joined reinsurance broker E.W. Blanch
in the Alternative Distribution division to oversee the administration of
property business in Florida that was transferred from one insurance company to
a fronting insurer after Hurricane Andrew. In December 2001, Mr. Hill joined
IRMI as the director of Client Services.
Mr. Hill earned a bachelor of business administration in 1989 from Texas
A&M University-Commerce, formerly East Texas State University, with a major
in finance.
