Lan Vicky Luo, PhD

Dr. Lan (Vicky) Luo, an assistant professor of supply chain management at the Barney School, University of Hartford. She holds a PhD in operations management from Washington State University, Carson College of Business. Her dissertation was on supply chain stress, and she has written for several additional research publications as well.
