Ms. Damon writes on technology issues for IRMI.com Expert Commentary. As the Wrap-up and Compliance Programs Director at Injala, she oversees the administration and governance of Controlled Insurance Programs, including subcontractor enrollment compliance, payroll reporting controls, coverage review, and premium allocation oversight. Ms. Damon brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage and construction risk advisory.

She previously served as vice president and client executive at The Plexus Groupe and held senior account leadership roles with AssuredPartners, Holmes Murphy, and Willis Towers Watson. At Willis, she led teams managing large construction portfolios, including wrap-up programs, multi-entity premium allocations, and domestic and London market placements.

As president of the Dallas CPCU Society Chapter and an active DFW RIMS member, Ms. Damon is recognized for translating complex coverage structures into practical guidance for risk and compliance professionals. She holds a master of business administration and maintains the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations.
