Mr. Marcello writes on courts and coverage for IRMI.com.
Mr. Marcello is a shareholder with the Saxton & Stump law firm. He is a trucking defense attorney with a commercial driver's license. He has represented trucking clients across the country, having been specially admitted for cases in 36 states.
Mr. Marcello received the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Safety Council 2018 Leadership Award. He has served on the advisory board of the American Trucking Research Institute. He is a member of numerous trucking organizations, including the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association, which he serves as board member, and the ATA Safety Council, as well as trucking legal defense organizations, including Trucking Industry Defense Association.
Mr. Marcello has written numerous articles concerning trucking safety and defense and is a frequent guest on Mark Willis's SiriusXM Road Dog Trucking show. He shares his expertise on his YouTube channel, and his podcast, TransportCenter, is on iTunes as well as the Saxton & Stump YouTube channel.
