Ms. Wells is an independent risk management consultant representing construction project owners on a variety of issues relating to risk financing options, risk transfer, and owner controlled insurance program (OCIP) design, implementation, oversight, and closeout. She has been involved in more than 40 OCIPs throughout the country ranging from feasibility studies, OCIP implementation, and OCIP oversight and program closeout engagements. Throughout her career, she has been an insurance broker, insurance underwriter, claims manager, and public entity risk manager. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences and an author of several articles involving risk management best practices.
