Arthur S. Garrett, III

Mr. Garrett is cochair of Keller and Heckman's national litigation practice and serves as the firm's general counsel. His litigation practice focuses on insurance recovery with an emphasis on representation of food industry policyholders. He also specializes in advising food companies as to their liability insurance programs and provides advice on the appropriate insurance coverage and the rights of policyholders in the event of a loss and/or dispute with their insurers. Mr. Garrett has handled food recall insurance matters involving pomegranate, parsley, alfalfa, soft cheese, cumin, pecans, romaine, pet food, and carbonated drinks.
