Mr. Bressler of Greyling's environmental practice writes on environmental insurance for

He is a recognized expert on risk management and insurance issues affecting environmental contractors, consultants, engineers, treatment, storage and disposal facilities, and brownfield redevelopment transactions. Mr. Bressler is a frequent speaker and writer on environmental risk management topics, including environmental insurance and brownfield redevelopment. He has been regularly published in a wide variety of industry publications, including, The John Liner Review, and Brownfield News & Sustainable Development magazine. He has been a member of the advisory board for the National Brownfields Association since 2000 and is a member of the executive committee for the association's Georgia chapter.

Mr. Bressler joined Greyling in 2009. Prior to that, he was a managing director with Marsh, Inc., where he led the firm's environmental practice. Most recently, he founded a consulting firm specializing in brownfield redevelopment. He was one of the first insurance brokers to begin specializing in environmental risk management and insurance, dating back to 1989.

Mr. Bressler is a 1987 graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor of science in risk management and insurance.
