Case Law Updated in Construction Risk Management

Case law forms the basis for many construction and insurance contract interpretations. To remain relevant, case law must periodically be "shepardized" to determine whether the decisions still represent "good law." Sometimes a court's decision can be overturned, sometimes it is upheld on review by a higher court (which makes it stronger), and sometimes only specific parts of the case are overturned. This Construction Risk Management release includes updated information on developments pertaining to cases cited in the reference and removes any discussion of cases that are no longer good law.
