Designated Workplaces Exclusion Endorsement

Designated Workplaces Exclusion Endorsement

Definition

A standard workers compensation endorsement (WC 00 03 02) that removes coverage for injuries sustained at workplaces listed in the endorsement. Commonly used on contractors' policies to exclude coverage with respect to projects on which the contractor is covered under a wrap-up insurance program. (The designated operations exclusion endorsement is a similar endorsement that can be used to do likewise with respect to commercial general liability insurance.)
