Anna K. Bennett

From 2008 through 2016, Ms. Bennett reviewed cases for the CGL Reporter on a number of first- and third-party issues. She represents insurers on complex coverage disputes, fraud investigations, third-party defense matters, and subrogation claims at all levels of trial and appellate practice.

Ms. Bennett is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Society, the Defense Research Institute, and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and has written and spoken before numerous organizations on various topics of importance to the insurance industry. She is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School.
