The 50 Most Influential US Reinsurance Cases of All Time Analyzed in Free IRMI E-Book

Dallas, TX, October 29, 2014— International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), proudly announces the publication of 50 Reinsurance Cases Every Risk Professional Should Know, a free e-book. IRMI asked the insurance practice of Squire Patton Boggs law firm to compile the list of cases and prepare an analysis of each, explaining its relevance. They began by looking at reinsurance decisions that had been cited by other courts more frequently than others. That analysis led to an initial pool of 215 decisions. From there, they narrowed down the list to the 50 cases they considered most relevant as practitioners and to those with the largest frequency of citation by other courts.
