IRMI Publishes New 4th Edition of Insurance for Defective Construction

Insurance for Defective Construction.
This IRMI resource explains legal theories and
policy form nuances to give its readers an advantage in applying liability
policy language to complex construction defect claims and developing winning
coverage arguments.
Insurance for Defective Construction was
written by Patrick J. Wielinski, a principal in the Dallas–Fort Worth office of
Cokinos, Bosien & Young. Mr. Wielinski focuses his practice on insurance
coverage, and he regularly lectures to construction, insurance, and legal
groups on insurance coverage and risk management issues. He is also a coauthor
of the IRMI reference Contractual Risk Transfer.
The online version of Insurance for Defective
Construction includes an appendix, which annually updates the prevailing
law in each state. Online access is available via IRMI Online or
ReferenceConnect™. The print version has a total of 572 pages but does not
include the prevailing law appendix.
