Bodily Injury by Disease - Policy Limit

Definition

Bodily Injury by Disease - Policy Limit — an aggregate limit of Part Two, Employers Liability, stipulating the most the insurer will pay for employee bodily injury (BI) by disease claims during the policy period (normally a year) regardless of the number of employees who make such claims. In the event the policy is for a period longer than 1 year, the limit is reinstated for each subsequent 12-month period.
