Rose Hall is a visionary innovation strategist and risk management expert with 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate the complex intersection of innovation and risk.
She has held leadership roles at AXA XL and Turner Construction Company, working with C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies and ENR top 400 contractors to transform risk management into a catalyst for sustainable growth and competitive advantage.Ms. Hall cofounded the award-winning AXA XL Ecosystem, a client-centric, intrapreneurial business that merges insurance and technology to proactively reduce risk and drive sustainable growth. She has authored numerous publications and is a sought-after speaker on insurance and risk management innovation and leadership.
She is now the founder and CEO of RH Business Ventures, LLC (RHBV), an advisory firm that serves the insurance and construction industries, working with diverse clientele across the innovation and risk value chain, including startups, insurers/brokers, and large enterprises. RHBV is focused on driving growth and profitability by integrating innovation with advanced risk management strategies.
Ms. Hall holds engineering degrees from Rutgers University and Stanford University. She and her work have been the recipients of multiple honors from recognized industry organizations such as Reuters, Business Insurance, Celent, EFMA/Accenture, Insurance Business America, and PropertyCasualty360.
