Mr. Dickinson is an associate in the Tampa office of Allen, Norton & Blue, P.A. He has successfully defended employers in employment law cases brought under state and federal law, including sexual harassment; discrimination based on race, age, disability, religion, and gender; as well as retaliation and whistleblower claims. He also has extensive appellate experience, having obtained favorable rulings before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the First District Court of Appeal.

Mr. Dickinson also regularly represents clients in traditional labor law matters, such as defending unfair labor practice charges before Florida's Public Employees Relations Commission, handling grievance arbitrations, opposing union organizing campaigns, and assisting with collective bargaining negotiations. He also regularly represents the legal interests of agricultural employers and their unique employment law compliance issues under federal, state, and local law. Such counseling includes assisting fixed-site agricultural businesses and farm labor contractors in managing all aspects of the recruitment and hiring of seasonal farmworkers, including compliance with the federal temporary guest worker programs. He also represents clients in administrative matters pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, the United States Department of Labor, the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals, the United States Department of Homeland Security, and other state and federal agencies.

Mr. Dickinson graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law. Throughout law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for Searcy, Denney, Scarola, Barnhart & Shipley, P.A., and interning for the PGA Tour.
