Anita Schoenfeld contributes articles on the use of technology in risk

Ms. Schoenfeld previously worked for Tillinghast as a risk management
consultant in its Dallas office. She was elected to the Honor Society, Psi Chi,
before graduating cum laude from Hofstra University with a bachelor's
degree in psychology. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
professional designation.
Ms. Schoenfeld has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, many of
which were spent in a home office claims management capacity. She was the
national claim manager for the National Rural Electric Cooperatives'
sponsored insurance program. Ms. Schoenfeld joined Towers Perrin in July 1994
as a risk management consultant from another independent international
consulting firm.
Her practice includes a specialty in risk management and financing issues,
risk management information systems selection and implementation, claims
operational, and administration concerns. Ms. Schoenfeld's clients include
