Terri Rhodes

Ms. Rhodes has extensive experience in all aspects of absence and disability program management. She is responsible for most of the day-to-day operations of the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) and provides support for its education programs. Prior to returning to the DMEC, Ms. Rhodes was an absence and disability management consultant for Mercer, delivering strategic absence and disability management solutions to clients of all sizes. She also served as director of absence and disability for Health Net and as corporate Integrated Disability Management program manager for Abbott Laboratories.

Ms. Rhodes holds a master of business administration degree (business management) from Columbus University and the designations of Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) and Certified Case Management Professional (CCMP) from the Insurance Educational Association.
