Ms. Hoyle is a construction risk engineer of strategic services for AXA XL's construction specialty insurance products. She has more than 15 years of practical experience in engineering, construction, and risk management. Her work at AXA XL supports the entire policy life cycle, including due diligence and risk assessment, program service, referrals, project reviews, benchmarking, and training, as well as claims management and resolution. Prior to AXA XL, Ms. Hoyle developed a holistic understanding of construction project management that progressed to an expertise in construction risk management with Turner Construction Co. and subsequently to a role in expert witnessing and litigation support with consulting firm WCD Group.

Ms. Hoyle has a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Rutgers University and a master of science in civil engineering, with a focus in construction engineering and management, from Stanford University. She is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina. She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional, a Claims and Litigation Management Professional, and holds the IRMI credential of Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. Currently, she serves as dean and faculty member of the CLM Claims College School of Construction and the IRMI Construction Risk Conference Advisory Board.
