Marci Goldstein Kokalas

Ms. Kokalas was a member of the CGL Reporter Editorial Board in 2014–2018, focusing on decisions in the area of construction coverage and liability.

Ms. Kokalas's practice focuses on insurance coverage and commercial litigation. She represents major insurers at the trial and appellate level, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. In addition to handling all aspects of litigation, Ms. Kokalas is frequently called upon to prepare coverage opinions. She comes to LPGM after having served with distinction as a prosecutor in the New York County District Attorney's Office, where she gained extensive trial experience.

Ms. Kokalas is a member of the American Bar Association Tort and Insurance Practice Section, Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee, and the New York State Bar Association, Torts, Insurance, and Compensation Section, Insurance Coverage Committee. She is also the in-house subcommittee chair for the New York Chapter of the Coalition on Women’s Initiatives in Law.
