Lorelie S. Masters

A Top 10 "Super Lawyer" in DC for 2014 and 2015, Ms. Masters is a partner in Perkins Coie's Insurance Recovery group. She has more than 30 years of experience representing policyholders in litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for her clients.

She is coauthor of two treatises: (1) Insurance Coverage Litigation and (2) Liability Insurance in International Arbitration: The Bermuda Form, which won the British Insurance Law Association's 2012 Book Prize.

She is one of the founding members of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel, serving as president from May 2014 to May 2015. Ms. Masters has served as president of the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia and an officer in the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation. As a member of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, she authored Visible Invisibility: Women of Color in Fortune 500 Legal Departments.
