Training and Engagement Specialist
Mr. Ahten joined IRMI in 2001 as a marketing representative before moving to the Client Services department as a customer service specialist. He works with IRMI Online subscribers while conducting user training webinars. Prior to IRMI, he worked in direct sales for an insurance company, a brokerage, an agency. Before the insurance industry, he obtained a degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and worked in medical sales.
