Kirsten Soto, JD

Ms. Soto joined the CGL Reporter Editorial Board in 2018. She is an insurance coverage associate at Tollefson Bradley Mitchell & Melendi, LLP, where she advises primary and excess insurers on coverage issues under general and professional liability policies, commercial auto policies, commercial property policies, and homeowners policies.

Ms. Soto was previously an associate attorney at Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C.; a litigation attorney at Baron & Budd, P.C.; and an associate at Gilbert LLP. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Texas, Virginia, and the US District Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Soto received her bachelor of arts degree in international relations—Latin America—and Spanish from William & Mary and her juris doctorate, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. In her free time, she volunteers for Equest.
