Mr. White is head of Marshall & Melhorn, LLC's Insurance Recovery
Practice with more than 40 years of experience in representing clients in
insurance-related matters. His present practice focuses on issues related to
the preservation and recovery of insurance assets for individual and business
policyholders. Mr. White also counsels and assists clients on a wide array of
insurance issues, including scope of coverage and reservation of rights
determinations, as well as policy reviews across various insurance lines. In
addition, he has extensive litigation experience representing physicians,
hospitals, and attorneys in professional liability matters, as well as
training and a background in alternative dispute resolution, both as counsel
and as a mediator.
Mr. White received his bachelor of science degree, cum laude, from Bowling
Green State University and his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the
University of Toledo College of Law, where he served as articles editor for
the Toledo Law Review. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Nicholas J.
Walinski, US District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Western Division. Mr.
White is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the US District Court,
Northern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US
Supreme Court. He maintains an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
