Ms. Turner joined IRMI's Customer Success department in 2015 to address concerns of major accounts and provide client training. Before joining IRMI, Ms. Turner worked as an adjuster for a national insurer. Prior to that, she was a reading specialist in both elementary and middle schools. Ms. Turner has a master's degree in education.
