Gary Gassman, JD

Mr. Gassman contributed to the CGL Reporter in the areas of professional liability (errors and omissions) and directors and officers liability. He became a member of the Editorial Board in 2007.
Mr. Gassman is a shareholder in the Chicago office of Cozen O'Connor and is a member of the Insurance Coverage Litigation/Counseling Practice Group. His insurance coverage experience ranges from errors and omissions, directors and officers, general liability, and excess policies to issues involving reinsurance. Within TIPS, Mr. Gassman currently serves as chair-elect of the Corporate Counsel Committee, vice chair and 2012 program chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee, and a member of the Special Standing Committees on Membership and Diversity in the Profession.
Mr. Gassman received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School.
