Esther Slater McDonald

Ms. McDonald contributed to CGL Reporter in the area of bad faith from 2014 through 2016.

Ms. McDonald is partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has extensive experience litigating complex commercial cases throughout the country. Her general practice includes class actions, insurance matters, commercial business disputes, and consumer protection claims. Her insurance practice focuses on advising clients on coverage matters and extracontractual liability, including issues relating to bad faith, mass tort, products liability, and general liability. Ms. McDonald also has an active pro bono practice.
