Mr. Caugh joined the CGL Reporter Editorial Board in 2014, specializing in professional liability and intellectual property.

Mr. Caugh is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason LLP. The mainstay of Mr. Caugh's practice throughout his career has been the counseling and representation of insurers (and the occasional policyholder) in liability coverage disputes. He has represented clients in all aspects of liability coverage litigation and arbitration in dozens of jurisdictions around the country and involving coverage issues of nearly every flavor. Mr. Caugh has extensive experience with a broad range of liability coverage forms, including commercial general liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, directors and officers, tech and cyber risk, and known claims. In addition to litigating and arbitrating coverage disputes, Mr. Caugh also counsels clients on various claims handling and policy drafting issues.
