Mr. Stein wrote summaries of environmental, property, and advertising
injury cases for CGL Reporter from 2010 to
2012.
Mr. Stein, a shareholder in the New York and Connecticut offices of
Anderson Kill PC, is a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery
department.
His practice concentrates on insurance recovery, exclusively on behalf of
policyholders, in matters involving fidelity, professional liability,
directors and officers, environmental, asbestos, product liability, and other
insurance coverage cases against U.S. and London market insurers. Mr. Stein
has extensive pretrial, trial, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
experience in these matters. He has also represented a broad range of clients
in business, banking, and real estate litigation, and in commercial and
environmental litigation and compliance matters.

Mr. Stein received his bachelor of arts degree from Amherst College and
received his juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law. He
is admitted to the bar in New York, California, Massachusetts and
Connecticut.
