served on the Editorial Board in 2016–2017.
Mr. Wilford is a founding partner of Wilford Conrad LLP, where he
litigates complex commercial disputes involving a range of business matters,
with an emphasis on those involving insurance and reinsurance. For more than
20 years, he has successfully handled a wide range of complex commercial
litigation and has served as lead counsel for domestic and international
insurance coverage disputes involving hurricane, financial products,
pharmaceutical and medical device claims, professional liability, and
environmental claims as well as financial fraud claims arising under fidelity
bonds. Mr. Wilford's cases have also involved securities fraud,
trademark, products liability, directors and officers liability, employment
discrimination, legal malpractice, and other professional liability,
negligence, real estate, surety, construction, environmental, and toxic tort
claims.
Mr. Wilford received his bachelor of business administration degree from
the University of Iowa and his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from
Creighton University School of Law.
