Carl Salisbury

Mr. Salisbury served on the CGL Reporter Editorial Board from 2014 to 2018.

Mr. Salisbury is a partner with Bramnick, Rodriguez, Grabas Arnold, & Mangan, LLC, in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, where he leads the firm's Insurance Recovery and Commercial Litigation Group. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the litigation and trial of complex commercial disputes. In addition to handling general commercial matters, he has nearly 30 years of courtroom and trial experience in complex commercial insurance cases and has represented the full gamut of companies in disputes involving large insurance claims, from small- and middle-market corporations, condominium associations, restaurants, and nonprofit institutions to Fortune 100 companies. He has helped corporate policyholders recover for insurance claims involving environmental pollution, workplace discrimination, bodily injuries and property damage, mold contamination, construction defects, and a variety of other commercial disputes. He was listed in The Best Lawyers in America for insurance law in 2017 and the 8 years immediately preceding. Mr. Salisbury was recognized as a 2017 New York "Super Lawyer" in the area of Insurance Coverage by Super Lawyers magazine. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Salisbury earned a bachelor of arts in history from the University of New Hampshire and his juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
