Dallas, TX—International Risk Management Institute, (IRMI) Inc., has been
named a 2020 Top Workplace, National Standard winner by the Dallas Morning
News. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a
third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner
Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged
cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including
alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“At IRMI, we are committed to upholding our core values, which include
supporting each other, being open and honest, and collaborating selflessly,”
said President and CEO Jack Gibson. “That shared responsibility for creating a
work environment that we can all be proud of and enjoy—whether in person or
virtually—is a key reason IRMI has been recognized again as a Top Workplace. I
am honored to lead such a talented and dedicated team and be a part of the
culture we’ve built together.”
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a
connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give
your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your
path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your
organization. Congratulations to IRMI and all the Top Workplaces honorees for
participating and earning this well-deserved recognition!”
