Reaccreditation

Once you earn the right to use the Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS®) certification, you must maintain it.

During the 12 months following your initial receipt of the MLIS certification and every 12 months thereafter, you will be required to obtain 6 hours of approved professional and management liability insurance continuing education credit to keep your credentials in good standing.

You may obtain CE credit in one of two ways:

  1. completing online MLIS courses (see list below) or
  2. attending webinars, seminars, conferences, or other educational events that have been approved for MLIS reaccreditation (and notifying us that you have completed them).

MLIS Reaccreditation Courses

The MLIS Learning Center offers professional and management liability risk and insurance courses designed to increase your expertise.
