Mr. Insua has contributed to the CGL Reporter
Editorial Board since 2016 on topics including first-party property,
directors and officers liability, and environmental litigation.
Mr. Insua represents clients on claims involving first-party property
damage and business interruption, directors and officers liability, errors
and omissions, employment practices liability, inland marine, and fidelity
and crime insurance policies. He also has substantial mediation and
arbitration experience. He is a frequent speaker and author on
insurance-related topics, including coauthoring Business Income Insurance
Disputes, a leading treatise on business interruption and time-element
insurance issues.
Mr. Insua received his bachelor of arts degree from Yale University and
his juris doctor degree, with highest honors, from Rutgers School of Law.
