Registration Is Now Open for the 35th IRMI Construction Risk Conference

Release Date: Jul 15, 2015

Dallas, TXInternational Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI®), has opened registration for the 35th IRMI Construction Risk Conference, to be held November 8–11, 2015, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The IRMI Construction Risk Conference is the only national symposium devoted exclusively to construction insurance, risk management, loss control, and bonding. The agenda will feature more than 65 carefully selected speakers presenting 33 workshops designed to provide construction risk professionals with proven risk management strategies and insights.

“The construction industry’s recovery from the recession accelerated somewhat in the past year,” said IRMI President and CEO Jack Gibson, CPCU, CRIS, ARM. “Meanwhile, insurance rates are stable or increasing somewhat, and project owners are still transferring as much risk as possible down to contractors. As contractors bid on new projects and increase their workforces, good risk management will play a key role in future success. While this year’s IRMI Conference may be in Vegas, the ideas and contacts you’ll get are a sure bet to play a key role in maintaining a top notch risk management program.”

Each year, the Conference brings nearly 1,500 leading project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, insurers, and insurance brokers together to explore and convey state-of-the-art ideas and techniques for improving insurance coverages, controlling insurance costs, and fine-tuning risk management programs. It also provides a unique opportunity to build a powerful network of new industry contacts and revisit old friends.
