Lisa H. Harrington Joins IRMI as Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Dallas, TX, September 16, 2013—International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa H. Harrington as vice president of marketing and sales, effective today. Ms. Harrington will serve as a member of the IRMI executive team and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales for IRMI products and services.

Ms. Harrington began her insurance career in 1983 and has served in a variety of roles, including educator, writer/editor, underwriter, sales agent, field rep, and agency operations manager. Before joining IRMI, Ms. Harrington was the COO and acting CEO for the Network of Vertafore Users (NetVU). Previously, she served as vice president of education for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents for 11 years.

Ms. Harrington holds a B.A. degree in management and Spanish from Ball State University and carries several insurance designations and best practices certifications, including CPCU, CAE, and AAI.

Paul D. Murray, who formerly served as vice president of marketing and sales and will continue serving on the IRMI executive team and Board of Directors, is changing his role to vice president of business development.
