Webinar-at-a-Glance

This workshop will discuss the key components of builders risk policies and the factors that influence coverage with regard to concurrent/sequential causes of loss.

Builders risk policies are specialized insurance policies which are interpreted differently based upon each state's law. Contractors need to be familiar with the terms and conditions of their builders risk policies, as well as have a basic understanding of how to prepare claims and analyze coverage available under these policies in the applicable venue.

Presented by Tracy Alan Saxe, Saxe, Doernberger & Vita, P.C.
