Reference Manuals
Canadian Coverage Caselaw adds cases
from six provinces covering a variety of topics. The
Canadian
Coverage Caselaw Bulletin provides brief descriptive information
and links to the case discussions.
CGL Reporter adds 105 new annotations
of recent insurance-related cases from appellate courts around the nation. A
new edition of
CGL
Reporter Bulletin and updated indexes are also included.
The new database
version of Classification Cross-Reference is now available. The database displays the classifications in tabular form,
allowing you to easily search and sort it. To access the database simply click
on the link in the publication's home page.
Commercial Auto Insurance introduces
a new section that replaces what was originally two sections. The new section
(Truckers/Motor
Carrier) is an annotated policy discussion of the most recent ISO truckers
and motor carrier coverage forms. It addresses the 2006 edition of the policies
and discusses the differences between this edition and prior editions that are
still in use in one or more jurisdictions. The arrangement of the discussions
of these two coverage forms have been combined into one discussion to facilitate
a comparison of the two forms and a determination of which of the two most closely
meets the needs of a particular insured.
Construction Risk Management provides
four new and updated discussions pertaining to wrap-up insurance programs, including
an overview
of wrap-ups, feasibility
analysis, insurance
program design, and contractor
concerns. The
Construction
Risk Management Newsletter contains the annual construction insurance
market report.
D&O MAPS has been expanded to include
the following policies and analyses.
